Stories, photos, comments, messages, videos, contest entries, and everything else posted on MyWBS is created by its members. It reflects the views of the member who posted it, not of MyWBS or its owner.
We moderate in good faith after the fact (reports, removals, suspensions), but we do not review content before it appears and cannot guarantee that anything you see is accurate, lawful, or pleasant. Use the report button when it isn't.

2. No warranties, best-effort service

MyWBS is a small independent site provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind — including availability, fitness for a purpose, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of photos and words you care about.
Features may change, break, or disappear while the site is being built.

3. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWBS and its owner are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, from member content, from live audio conversations between members, or from interruptions or loss of data.
Links posted by members lead to sites we do not control and do not endorse.

4. Trademarks and history

MySpace is a trademark of its owner. Historical photos and references on our pages tell the founder's personal story; MyWBS is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, MySpace or Google.
