These terms govern your use of MyWBS.com (“MyWBS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What MyWBS is today

MyWBS is in development. Right now the site offers a landing page and the ability to create an account by signing in with Google. There are no other features yet.
There is no facility for members to post or upload anything, so nothing you write or share is stored here.
These terms will be expanded as the site gains features.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use MyWBS. By signing in you represent and confirm that you are 18 or older. We remove accounts that we learn belong to anyone under 18.
You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
Google sign-in is the only way in, and it is used to authenticate you securely — MyWBS never stores a password for you. We request only the openid email profile scopes.
Google does not disclose your age or date of birth to us, so signing in with Google does not verify your age; the age requirement is met by your own confirmation above.
Accounts carry a role that sets what you can do on the site. We may change a role, or suspend or remove an account, at our discretion.

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from your account page. This removes your account record, your sessions and your settings, and purges your sign-in audit rows, leaving only an anonymised marker.
Deletion cannot be undone. You are welcome to sign in again later, which creates a fresh account.

Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other members' accounts.
Don't use MyWBS for unlawful purposes, and don't scrape it or abuse it with automated tools.

MyWBS is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
Because the site is in development it may change, break, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time — including the removal of accounts and data. Do not rely on MyWBS to store anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWBS.com and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above changes when we do. Continuing to use MyWBS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
