⚙️ Your Account & Your Data
Settings, what we store, and deleting your account.
The account page
Everything about your own account lives on the
account page: your photo, profile settings,
sign-out, and deletion.
What MyWBS stores
Plainly listed in the Privacy Policy — the
short version: your Google-provided identity (never a password), what
you post, your connections, and the scores and letters and photos you
choose to create. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no
selling data.
Deleting your account
- Request deletion on the account page. You're signed out
immediately and the account is disabled.
- The permanent purge runs in a nightly job: your
account record, posts, photos, messages (both sides), friendships,
blocks, sessions, settings, and scores are all removed. Deletion
cannot be undone.
- The same Google account cannot re-register for one
month after requesting deletion. After that, you're welcome
back — signing in simply starts a fresh account.
Just want a break? Sign out and close the tab — nothing
expires. Deletion is for leaving, not for pausing.
