Finding people

The People page is the member directory — browse it, or use Search to find someone by name.

Friend requests

Press Add on a member to send a request; they can accept or decline. Friends see each other's posts in their feeds.
Your friends list lives at Friends.
Unfriending is quiet — no notification is sent.

Following

Follow any member to get their posts in your feed without the mutual handshake. Follower and following counts show on profiles.

Invite links

Make a personal link on the Invite Friends page (up to 5 new links a day) and share it anywhere — email, chat, an old forum signature.
When someone joins through your link, you get a bell notification and your link's join counter ticks up.
